Welcome to YukYuk. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of YukYuk’s platform and related AI-powered content generation and community services. By using YukYuk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use YukYuk. You are responsible for your account, its activity, and its security. Keep account information accurate and current. Account sharing is not permitted. We may suspend accounts where misuse is detected.

AI content and disclaimer

Our AI tools can generate text, images, audio, and video. Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, misleading, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content, particularly before public, commercial, or sensitive use. YukYuk makes no guarantee about originality or legality of outputs and is not liable for content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

User content and licensing

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. When you post publicly, you grant YukYuk a non-exclusive worldwide licence to host, display, and share that content within the services. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, pornographic, discriminatory, or infringes another person’s rights. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or risks the platform or its users.

Prohibited use

You may not use YukYuk to generate or share illegal, violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful content; harass, abuse, or impersonate others; bypass usage limits; distribute malware or spam; or carry out fraud. You may not create or edit identification documents, official certificates, health reports, police reports, or other documentary evidence for deception or fraud.

Payments, credits, and refunds

YukYuk uses credits and may offer subscriptions. Purchases, top-ups, and plans are non-refundable. Credit prices may change based on model, duration, resolution, promotions, costs, or third-party charges. Check the price displayed before generating.

Generations with insufficient credits are rejected. When a generation starts, credits may be held until completion and then deducted or automatically returned if an error occurs. Failed generations caused by technical faults, timeouts, quotas, or similar system problems are automatically refunded after an error is logged. A result that is unsatisfactory because of prompt, model, or quality variation is not refundable.

Beta testing and service updates

Beta content may be limited to non-commercial use and may be used for debugging, testing, product improvement, or non-commercial case studies. Beta credits do not carry into paid plans unless stated. We may modify, suspend, remove, or take the services offline for maintenance, security, upgrades, outages, or other necessary purposes.

Disclaimers, liability, and termination

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee error-free operation, specific results, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YukYuk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of data, profits, or reputation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to platform integrity. You may close your account by contacting us.

Changes and contact
